Date: March 13, 2024 Venue: chunchunkuppe rural AreaOn March 13, 2024, Rural Health & Training Center (RHTC) Chunchunkuppe hosted a Women’s Day program organized by 3rd-year GNM students from RajaRajeswari School of Nursing, under the supervision of Dr. Tejeshwari B.V, HOD & Professor, and Mrs. Deepa B.M, Lecturer in the Department of Community Health Nursing. The event aimed to celebrate and empower women in the community. Activities included health awareness sessions,
free health check-ups, and discussions on women’s health issues. Participants engaged in interactive sessions on topics such as maternal health, reproductive rights, and nutrition. The program also featured cultural performances and inspirational talks highlighting the achievements of women. Through this initiative, the students demonstrated their commitment to promoting women’s health and well-being in the community, fostering a sense of solidarity and empowerment among attendees.
