Educational Visit to Manmul Milk Dairy and Water Purification Plant

Rajarajeswari College of Nursing proudly organized an informative and experiential Educational Visit for 5th Semester BSc Nursing students to enhance their practical understanding of community health and environmental hygiene

The students visited:
Manmul Milk Dairy, Gejjalagere – to understand milk processing techniques and hygienic production of milk products
Water Purification Plant at TK Halli – to learn about large-scale water purification methods and safe water supply systems

The visit provided students with valuable real-time exposure to industrial hygiene practices, public health measures, and water treatment procedures, helping them connect theoretical concepts with practical applications

Students gained a deeper understanding of:

• Hygienic milk production processes
• Quality control measures in dairy industries
• Water purification and treatment techniques
• Public health and environmental sanitation practices
