RajaRajeswari College of Nursing are used the Primary Health Training Centre at Chunchunkuppe, Urban Health Centre – Agara, , Community Care Centre – Ramanagar Town, Ramnagar Dist. for field Based Activities. These centers are adopted by RajaRajeswari Medical College and Hospital.

- Outpatient Services
- Laboratory services & pharmacy
- Immunization
- School Health Camps
- Inpatient Services
- Imparting health education in the community as well as the clinical area.
- Collaboration with PHCs.
- Participation in Health Camps, Eye Camps and Blood donation camps etc.
